Founder & CEO - Andrew’s passion for renovating and construction began when he was a boy. As far back as he can remember, he has worked on job sites with his father. Those early days were formative, learning the basics. From how to swing a hammer, to using a utility knife, measuring tape and circular saw; it was those years where he learned the value of hard work. Andrew has also worked for Compassion Canada, which is a humanitarian aid organization helping end poverty around the world. Andrew has a heart for people. Many people think construction is just about the ability to build nice things well, but being able to run a construction company that meets and exceeds the client’s expectations is a much taller order. It’s about good communication and listening to people's desires and needs, and being able to have a part in bringing their dreams to life. Andrew’s experiences have given him the ability to build a company that is not just about quality work, but about quality service; service that puts people first. It sets Elevate apart from many other construction companies, making them one of the best in the residential renovation industry.

CFO - With years of experience working in the industry, Gordon brings leadership and experience to the Elevate Construction team. As an owner, his heart is aligned with serving people well. Whether you are doing an addition or renovating your home for the first time, he knows that bringing your renovation dream to life is important. Having someone you can trust to renovate your home is a priority to him. Gordon is passionate about doing things with excellence. He uses this passion to represent Elevate Construction well. Gordon is inspired daily by his wife and children. In his free time, Gordon enjoys board games, anything business, volunteering, and having coffee with friends.

Lead Carpenter - With years of experience, Ian finds joy in showing up and putting in a hard day’s work. Ian graduated Fanshawe College with a degree in Construction Engineering. Ian is enthusiastic about life and renovating. He is devoted to completing the job and dedicated to representing the Elevate Construction team well. Ian takes each job personally, finishing a home the way he would want his home to be finished. In his free time, Ian likes to camp and do anything outdoors, spending time with family and friends.

Lead Carpenter - With years of experience, Steve brings excellence into everything he does. Steve enjoys carpentry because it changes daily and the continual process of learning is fulfilling to him. Steve is passionate about the workplace and uses this passion to represent the Elevate Construction team well. Doing the job right the first time is of utmost importance to him. Steve is inspired daily by his wife and daughter. In his free time, Steve likes biking and working on his bicycle.

My name is Kurtis Enns,  and I have been working in the construction industry for several years. What I love most about working at Elevate is the company's high standard for excellence and genuine care for its employees. It's inspiring to be part of an organization that values both quality work and the well-being of its team members. My journey as a carpenter began because I have always enjoyed working with my hands and taking pride in my craftsmanship. Carpentry provided me with an outlet to improve my skills and continually strive for betterment. I approach my work with the mindset of always wanting to be better than the day before. I believe in continuous improvement and pushing myself to deliver the best results. Throughout my carpentry career, I have encountered unique experiences and faced various challenges. One of the memorable aspects was working on multiple Domino's Pizza store projects across southwestern Ontario. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy taking on personal projects and woodworking hobbies. Whenever friends or family need assistance with framing, flooring, shingling, or similar tasks, I'm always ready to lend a helping hand. Overall, my journey as a carpenter has been fulfilling, and I look forward to continuing to refine my skills and contribute to the field of construction..

Skilled Labourer- Nate finds his true passion at Elevate, where he thrives in a positive work environment that fosters growth and skill development. He draws inspiration from the opportunity to learn and evolve within a supportive team. His affinity for carpentry stems from a lifelong appreciation for the art of building. Specializing primarily in framing, Nate's meticulous approach is exemplified by his favored quote: "Measure twice, cut once." Throughout his carpentry career, Nate has encountered unique challenges that have honed his problem-solving skills. Outside of his professional commitments, Nate continues his woodworking journey, tackling a variety of personal projects at the behest of his partner. His dedication to carpentry extends beyond the workplace, reflecting his unwavering commitment to his craft and the joy it brings to his life.

Social Media Manager - With years of history working alongside Elevate, Josh specializes in technology, photography and videography. He is responsible for creating awareness on all our advertising platforms. Josh is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and energy to be a key part of the Elevate Construction team. Effective branding and professional marketing strategies are very important to him. Josh is inspired daily by his family. In his free time, Josh likes photography, sports and assisting at a local food bank.

Office Manager - Jennifer is our Office Manager. She is enthusiastic, professional and experienced in administration. Jennifer has training in a wide range of office administration tasks. In this fast-paced industry, she works well under pressure, understanding timeframes and collaborating with the team to ensure success. She excels at fielding phone calls, providing information to clients and acting as liaison between projects. Jennifer is motivated daily by her family. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hiking, fitness, and anything outdoors.

Skilled labourer-Bethany Abbott is an experienced labourer known for her hard work ethic and ability to support our skilled carpenters. With over 2 years in construction, she's established herself as an essential industry asset. Driven by a desire to acquire skills for her future home, Bethany excels as a labourer, boosting morale and humor in the work place. Her commitment to positivity has earned her a vital role at Elevate. Proficient in various carpentry areas like flooring, caulking, and trim work, Bethany approaches tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism. Armed with uplifting music, she stays motivated even during extended workdays. Her commitment to safety is evident in her Working at Heights certification, underscoring her dedication to a secure work environment. At Elevate, Bethany has not only refined her carpentry skills, but also mastered complementary trades, contributing to project success.
