Julie’s journey with Elevate has been nothing short of remarkable. Seeking to upgrade and modernize her home with new services and finishes, Julie entrusted Elevate with a full gut renovation of her entire home&mdasha project that spanned just 12 weeks.
The transformation was truly awe-inspiring. Our commitment to excellence was important. From the exquisite Twelve Oaks vinyl flooring to the elegant Moen plumbing fixtures, every element was thoughtfully selected to elevate the aesthetic and functionality of Julie's space. The custom kitchen featuring quartz countertops was a focal point of the renovation, radiating both beauty and functionality. The addition of all new trims and doors added a touch of sophistication that tied the entire project together seamlessly.
One of the most remarkable aspects of the renovation was the installation of an inset steel I-beam. Our team executed this technically intricate task with precision and skill, packing the steel I-beam with 2 x 6 and ingeniously utilizing joist hangers for the floor joists.
Throughout the renovation process, Julie temporarily moved out to facilitate the work, allowing Elevate to execute the project smoothly and efficiently. Communication is important. We ensured Julie was well-informed about the progress and any developments.
Upon returning to her revamped home, Julie experienced a moment of pure joy. The instant she walked through the door, she fell in love with her transformed space. This renovation had been a long-awaited dream for Julie, who had spent years saving for this moment.
