Many people are looking for a home that is functional for everyday life. One of the things Jeff and Danielle's family knew was missing in their home was a larger, more functional bathroom. The basement was the perfect space for this addition.
Our team of interior specialists went above and beyond by breaking up the concrete and replacing all the old cast iron drains with new ABS drains. During the process, we discovered foundation cracks that can cause leaks over time. We brought our friends in from CrackXperts to do an interior fix on the concrete wall, which is warrantied for life. Our team overcame all of these obstacles and installed a Mannington Adura high end vinyl floor. We finished the bathroom with a Decorators Vanity and Moen hardware, faucet and shower fittings. We installed a 4"x12" white subway tile around a 32'x72' bathtub with a 22' depth. Now Chantelle and her two daughters have a functional space to do their makeup and have a spa day. And Jeff, well, he is stuck using the old bathroom on the main floor. Sorry, Jeff!
